According to the project’s official FAQ, SB Energy acquired the campus in early 2026 and is renovating office and laboratory space for advanced technology research. Graphcore is identified as the first tenant. The developer expects the first major construction phase to finish by spring 2027. These statements describe the developer’s current plans.
